Hola! I’m Laura, the Hatha yoga teacher at Sunbird Yoga. I offer one-to-one and small group classes around the area of Terres de l’Ebre in Catalunya. I will travel to your home, holiday rental or meet you in one of the many places of natural beauty in the area.
